What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal intensive care for neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists including neurologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and surgeons
• Participate in multidisciplinary team rounds and treatment planning
• Utilize state-of-the-art NICU equipment including high-frequency jet and oscillators, body cooling, and inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO)
• Support teaching opportunities and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure evidence-based, high-quality care tailored to individual patient needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members and families

What You Need

• Required:
  • Medical license to practice in Nevada
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
  • Active W-2 employment eligibility
• Preferred:
  • NICU experience and fellowship training
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call and weekend rotations
