Industrial Machine Technician

About the Role As a Manufacturing Machine Technician, you will play a vital role in our production facility by operating industrial forming equipment to create high-quality components. You will be responsible for ensuring machine efficiency, performing precise quality inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace to meet our daily output goals. Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial forming machinery to ensure consistent production flow. Execute machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers to maximize operational efficiency. Load raw materials and ensure proper feeding into the production line. Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers. Document production data, including scrap rates and output logs, with high accuracy. Maintain equipment health through routine checks and adherence to 5S organizational standards. Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Required Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn complex manufacturing processes. Ability to interpret work orders and follow standard operating procedures. Proficiency in basic math and the use of hand-held inspection tools. Commitment to workplace safety and the ability to identify potential hazards. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate production records. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Hands-on experience with metal-forming equipment or similar industrial machinery.
