Digital Marketing Manager

We're an independent record label looking for a Digital Project Manager to generate, lead, and execute the creative digital marketing ideas that build our artists' brands and get their music heard. You'll grow audiences, drive engagement, and turn artist vision into measurable campaigns. This is a role for someone who specializes in both big picture strategy and hands-on, day-to-day execution. What you'll do Translate artist vision and label priorities into strategic, measurable digital marketing plans that drive audience growth and artist development. Develop and execute digital and social campaigns across releases, catalog, and broader artist initiatives. Own campaigns from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting. Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms. Build and manage release marketing calendars, coordinating digital, social, content, and promotional initiatives with internal teams and external partners. Manage artist and label websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and fan acquisition initiatives. Build relationships with key digital platforms and partners, staying ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices. Analyze campaign performance and audience data to optimize campaigns and deliver actionable insights to the team. Collaborate with artist management, publicity, radio, A&R, creative teams, DSPs, and external partners across all digital initiatives. Oversee digital interns and coordinators while supporting DSP pitching, platform activations, asset management, and other digital opps. What we're looking for 2-3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in music, entertainment, or a related creative industry Native fluency in the major social platforms and a real instinct for what makes content perform Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Strong project management skills - you can juggle multiple releases, deadlines, and partners without dropping a ball Familiarity with DSPs and their tools (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists) and streaming/audience analytics Comfort with email and landing-page tools, and web/CMS basics for managing artist and label sites Sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear next steps Excellent communication and collaboration Experience working directly with artists and management teams A network of digital and platform relationships in the music space #J-18808-Ljbffr Riser House Entertainment
