Job Description
We are seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates with limited driving experience, to join a regional fleet based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This role provides regional Eastern Seaboard routes with weekly home resets, competitive weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, modern equipment, and a paid training program that covers all required job skills.
- Pay: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
- Regional routes serving the Eastern Seaboard with weekly home resets
- Drop-and-hook dry van freight
- Fully equipped, new-model tractors
- Full benefits package

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours of instruction
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Must meet hiring and DOT requirements
- Minimum of 120 hours of driving school instruction completed
This opportunity is well suited for new CDL-A holders who wish to begin working immediately after school and build driving experience while receiving structured training and full benefits.
