Pay Rate Range: $66,000/per year - $83,000/per year

Responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager:
Lead and support nursing staff on your assigned unit
Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Provide coaching, mentorship, and clinical oversight to nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
Requirements of the RN Unit Manager:
Active state LPN or RN license in Kentucky
CPR/BLS Certification
Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing
Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 25 or more pounds
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods
Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care
