Experienced Local Drivers Wanted in Illinois

We are looking for experienced local drivers in Illinois. If you have a valid CDL and a passion for driving, we want to hear from you.

Terminal Location: Huntley, IL.

Position Type: Local overnight runs | Independent contractor 1099.

Pay and Payment Structure:

• $27/hour for runs up to 500 miles (each way).
• Starting rate $0.50 CPM, up to $0.55 CPM for runs over 500 miles.
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday.

Bonuses and Additional Payments:

• Hiring bonus $2,500 ($250 paid quarterly).
• $100 bonus for clean DOT inspection (no restrictions).
• $100 payment for layover.
• Quarterly safety bonus: $75–$150.
• 95% of loads without needing to touch the cargo.
• Trucks are at the terminal—no need to take them home.

Driver Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A and medical card.
• Minimum age: 23 years.
• 24 months of confirmed recent experience.
• Clean MVR and PSP (no DUI in the last 5 years).
• Not prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
• Negative drug test.
• No serious criminal convictions.
• Ability to work with ELD and digital documents.
• Ability to stay overnight occasionally.
