Must-Have: CT Tech certification required. Experience in CT and general X-Ray skills.

Description: This is a 7a-7p shift with a 7 on, 7 off schedule. The first 7-day rotation will start on October 1st. The candidate will need to work on Thanksgiving and Christmas for this contract schedule. The average daily census is 15 patients, ranging from neonates to geriatrics. The candidate will be required to work in adult acute care and adult outpatient settings. Procedures include abdomen without and/or with contrast, chest with and/or without contrast, and head and neck imaging. Experience with special procedures such as coronary CTA and vascular CTA is required. Familiarity with various imaging equipment from manufacturers such as GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate age-specific competency for neonate and older adult patients. Skills in 3D rendering techniques and radiation safety are essential. No pre-approved time off is allowed. The work environment requires adherence to isolation precautions and the ability to start peripheral IVs. Candidates must comply with COVID-19 vaccine requirements, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons. Flu vaccine is also required, with the same exemption policy.
