ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and has grown into a strong, motivated team of six professionals who are passionate about serving our community and supporting one another. I started my State Farm career right out of college as a team member, and that experience gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused office.

Outside of work, Im a husband and dad to three kids, and much of my time is spent cheering them on at their sporting events. Im also active in our church and enjoy playing golf whenever I can. Our agency stays closely connected to the community, especially through sponsorships and support for local elementary and middle schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ryan Grubbs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
