Job Details Job Location: LOCKPORT | South Transit Rd [223E] - Lockport, NY 14094 Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 Base + Commission/year What you’ll do in your role Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new programs and initiatives. Sell personalized solutions beyond mere device and plan, including accessories and emerging IoT devices. Keep the store at its best at all times. Approach to Service and Sales Use digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding. Show how coverage meets customer needs with a lightning‑fast LTE network. Explain how plans and services enable unlimited connectivity and lifestyle benefits. Showcase device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting. Build relationships across channels Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless, run‑around‑free environment. Identify and hand off small‑business leads. Develop strong peer relationships held accountable for company success. Maintain a fun and first‑class customer experience. Ideal Candidate Profile Leadership and competitive drive. Willingness to lead the team, share best practices, serve customers and solve issues. Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills. Amazingly strong communication skills to the team and customers. Prior wireless sales experience.
