As our Beverage Packaging Maintenance Operations Supervisor, you orchestrate that momentum—guiding mechanics and electricians, anticipating issues before they arise, and partnering with Operations to keep productivity high and downtime low.

• Start the day aligning maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians on priorities for bottling and packaging lines.
• Review preventive maintenance schedules, assign work, and personally dig into complex troubleshooting to protect uptime and reliability.
• Meet with Operations leadership to analyze equipment performance and identify actions to lift efficiency and production output.
• Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety, quality, OSHA, and company standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and cost-saving ideas that advance line performance and reduce waste.

• Be the go-to resource for cross-functional problem solving on high-speed beverage equipment.
• Model a high-performing, safety-first culture that develops team capabilities and fosters accountability.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to track work, communicate clearly, and report results.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational strength in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Hands-on experience with beverage processing or packaging equipment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methods.
• Background supporting OSHA, HACCP, USDA, or comparable compliance programs.
