Job Summary

Are you an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with strong background in Neuro, Robotics, and Orthopedics ? We are seeking a skilled Surgical Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Lakeway, TX (Greater Austin Area).

Compensation & Shift Details

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,445.00 / week  

• Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

• Shift Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour (06:30 – 15:00, Monday – Friday)

• On-Call: Required (Rotating days and weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Function in the intraoperative phase of surgical care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile fields, instrument tables, and surgical trays.

• Assist surgical teams during complex cases including Neurosurgery, Robotics, and Orthopedics .

• Perform precise surgical counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments according to established policy.

• Handle specimen protocol, proper breakdown, decontamination, and disposal of sharps/waste post-case.

Requirements

Certifications: Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required.

Life Support: Active AHA BLS (American Heart Association only).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Tech experience with required expertise in Neuro, Robotics, and Ortho cases
