Job Summary:
A registered nurse position is available on the Medical Surgical Floor in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The role involves providing patient care in units specializing in post-surgical, orthopedic, medical-surgical, pneumonia, dialysis, palliative care, hospice, end-of-life, chemo, and COVID-19 care. The assignment begins on 07/06/2026, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts and requires compliance with unit-specific protocols and certifications.

Job Details:

• Location: Uniontown, Pennsylvania
• Shift Schedule: RN's - All 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); license to submit (willing to wait); minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; valid nursing license; certified in BLS; experience working on a Medical Surgical Floor.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system; familiarity with acute care, post-surgical, and orthopedic patient populations.
• Additional Information: Work into the permanent staff holiday rotation. Candidates must be comfortable caring for both 'clean' and 'dirty' COVID-19 positive patients on the same hallway. Self-scheduling and blocked schedules are allowed as long as unit needs are met. Floating to other Medical Surgical units may be required; one shift with a preceptor is provided for orientation.
