Registered Nurse (RN): Med Surg

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical-surgical team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional medical services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement patient care plans for a diverse patient population.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery.
• Participate in the orientation and training of new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a medical-surgical unit.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff as needed.
