Material Coordinator / Supply Chain CoordinatorIntegrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Material Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator to work in the Pataskala, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.Job Responsibilities:Review and process material requests to support Distribution, Transmission, and Generation operationsCoordinate with Supply Chain Operations to ensure timely availability of materials for construction and maintenance projectsMonitor inventory levels, open purchase orders, and material requests to proactively identify shortages or expedite needsWork closely with Procurement and Expediting teams to support project timelines and operational needsAssist with inventory management processes and recommend process improvementsTrain team members on materials management systems and inventory procedures as neededMaintain reporting, metrics, and inventory tracking documentationSupport emergency material requests and outage-related material coordination when necessaryCommunicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and operations teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferredAssociate's degree with applicable experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience will also be consideredMinimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or material coordinationStrong Microsoft Excel and computer system skills requiredExperience with ERP or Materials Management systems preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to support emergency operations and occasional travel as neededSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime as neededAbout Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Professional positions.
