Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at the JBS Craig Crisis Center in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate or early-career provider to build a strong foundation in acute psychiatric care, working alongside an experienced, physician-led clinical team.

Position Highlights

- Full-time, employed position at a dedicated psychiatric crisis center

- 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 3 off schedule

Requirements:

 

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited PMHNP or PA program

- Active or eligible Alabama licensure (PMHNP or PA-C)

- New graduates encouraged to apply – no prior experience required

- Interest in acute/crisis psychiatric care

- Comfortable working under physician supervision/collaboration

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 3 off rotation
