Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE non-invasive cardiologist, to join Baptist Health Medical Group Cardiology located in Lexington, Kentucky. Our physician-led interventional cardiology program is seeking an energetic and compassionate non-interventional Cardiologist to join us. 

• Outpatient opportunity with Inpatient consults
• Cardiac Imaging fellowship preferred
• Practice has 20 physicians, 25 MA's, 18 APC, 36 management and support staff.
• Nice compliment of non-invasive, interventional, and EP physicians in practice.
• Excellent communication with Baptist Health Lexington Hospitalist group.

Baptist Health Lexington holds many nationally recognized cardiac accreditations including American Heart Association Cardiovascular Center for Excellence.

BHMG Lexington Cardiology is an integral part of the Baptist Heart and Vascular Institute.

Cardiovascular services include:

• 3D Echo/Cardiac SPECT & PET/Full Vascular lab
• Heart Failure Program
• Heart & Valve Center
• Center for Atrial Fibrillation & Heart Rhythm Disorders
• Five catheterization labs with peripheral vascular and neurointerventional capabilities
• Three electrophysiology labs with dedicated staff
• Extensive history of research, primarily involving Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) studies
• More than 20 year history of involving both device and ablation technologies

Selected candidate will become a member of Lexington Cardiology at Baptist Health Lexington (formally known as Central Baptist Hospital) with work role including:

• Diagnostic Cath if desired
• Participation in clinics
• Reading non-invasive studies

This practice will be relocating to a 115,000 square foot, brand new, state-of-the-art facility with a late spring 2024 completion date. This New Ambulatory Care Center will provide an upscale non-hospital-like environment that can deliver high quality care and customized patient experience. It will provide high quality clinical care, focused on primary care with wrap-around services, in a very strategic geographic location including visibility from interstate-75.
