And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.Job DescriptionProvide supervision, motivation and work direction to operator, material handler, mechanics and leads in the injection departmentAssist in staffing and maintaining a fully qualified and efficient team to meet production standardsAssign work and provide technical assistance to meet production schedule and inventory requirementsPerform daily reviews/analysis to determine status against production goalsAbility to lead teams and committees and special projects as requiredDaily reporting of downtime, efficiency and production scrapMinimize scrap and maximize efficiency on each shiftPrepare for and monitor product changeovers, verify line clearances.Pack bottles to support packers at breaks/lunchesEnsure completion of daily and weekly preventive maintenance on shiftResponsible for identifying and reacting to various sounds and alarmsProvide appropriate and timely feedback on performanceAll other duties as assignedOur ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
