Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions. This individual will manage multiple requisitions, develop candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing high-volume recruiting with targeted searches for specialized talent.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage a diverse workload of open positions, including hourly, professional, and specialized roles.
Lead the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding transitions and pre-employment activities.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Create compelling job advertisements designed to attract qualified candidates.

Hiring Manager Partnership

Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market feedback, and recruiting progress.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to drive hiring outcomes.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting documentation.
Track recruiting metrics and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience

3+ years of recruiting experience required.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Experience supporting both high-volume and professional-level hiring preferred.

Technical Skills

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to analyze recruiting activity and adjust sourcing strategies based on results.

Compensation & Benefits

$26 - $29/hr
FGP offers contract employees minimal essential coverage, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met
