Associate Project Manager

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: Candidates should have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, the ability to work effectively with strategy, creative and execution teams, use independent judgement in completing activities, operate under general supervision and have an exemplary attention to detail. Support overall project management team in planning and executing campaigns Create and manage project timelines for email campaigns Keep team members informed of tasks and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time Resolve project issues and elevate as necessary Serve as primary point of contact for development team, preparing input documents and answering questions as they arise Perform quality control on email projects to ensure they deliver on expectations Partner with ops and tech team to develop estimates for ad hoc projects Identify opportunities for future optimization and lead associated implementation efforts Necessary Skills Attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressures and meet deadlines Experience with the Microsoft 365 Suite Willingness to be open, to learn, and take on new responsibilities Regular, predictable attendance Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with broader team Bonus Points Experience with Asana project management software Experience with Email Service Provider (ESP) tools Working knowledge of HTML and CSS PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s with focus on marketing / communication / analytical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr access 2 insight
