Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team of skilled professionals. As an integral member of our shop, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing top-notch service to our customers. With access to the highest quality equipment and tools, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while contributing to our team's success.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Complete routine maintenance
- Repair or replace automotive parts in an efficient manner
- Utilize specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Communicate effectively with other employees
- Contribute to our positive shop culture by fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to produce 40+ hours a week
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high car count
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Certification from an accredited automotive training program or ASE certification preferred
- Ability to occasionally lift/move 50+ lb.
