Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough virtual initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and appropriate treatment goals.

  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions leveraging the latest research in marriage and family therapy to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records, including progress notes and treatment plans, that comply with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your diverse client base will include individuals, couples, children, and families from various backgrounds seeking support for an array of challenges. You will use your skills to address issues such as relationship conflict, family dynamics, trauma, and anxiety, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of each unique client. The ability to engage effectively with clients from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds is essential to providing effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

  • At least 2 years of post-licensure, clinical experience in a mental health setting.

  • Proven capability in delivering psychotherapy to diverse client populations, including all age groups.

  • Competency in utilizing the DSM-5 for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that foster a trusting client-therapist relationship.
