Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist position in Dallas, TX (Outpatient) where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role emphasizes pelvic health services, prenatal care, and delivering patient-centered functional treatment plans. Documentation, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are required. You will follow organizational safety practices and professional standards while supporting student learning and professional development. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Texas PT license or ability to obtain prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC as required. Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services. Experience with pelvic health and prenatal patient populations preferred. Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with regulatory and clinic requirements. Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Pelvic health certification preferred. Experience supervising students and participating in clinical education. Experience managing caseloads of approximately 8–10 patients per day preferred. Assignment Details Shift pattern: 5x8. Typical patient volume: approximately 8–10 patients per day. Schedule may include Monday–Thursday and Friday hours consistent with outpatient clinic operations.
