Hospital Account Manager

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Hospital Account Manager to sell acute care monitoring technologies and build strategic clinical relationships in Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The role involves territory management, product demonstrations, and driving conversion of competitive accounts to Masimo solutions.

Responsibilities

Convert competitive hospital accounts to Masimo acute care product portfolio using established sales process
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations of Masimo monitoring technologies
Develop relationships with clinical thought leaders to position wireless pulse oximetry and floor monitoring solutions
Organize user seminars and coordinate clinical evaluations to establish vocal clinical champions
Maintain CRM database with account profiles, sales opportunities, and forecast data

Requirements

2+ years hospital-based sales experience with innovative technology solutions
Documented success selling medical devices to multiple clinical departments and decision makers
Strong organizational, time management, and customer interaction skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation leadership ability
Ability to conduct clinical evaluations and communicate value-based solutions
Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record
Minimum 50% travel and overnight stays required

Compensation: $90,000/year plus bonus/incentive pay
