Associate Attorney

VF Law, a leading homeowner association law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice in Arizona for its Mesa, AZ office. An attorney with 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation, HOA collections, covenant enforcement, and/or insurance defense is preferred. While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough legal research using WestLaw to support case preparation. * Draft legal documents and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. * Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings. * Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide sound advice. * Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including insurance defense and enforcement. * Maintain organized case files and documentation. A portable book of business is a bonus if it complements our core areas of practice: HOA, construction defect, collections, insurance defense, real estate and/or general business.
