HVAC Service Technician | $80K–$160K+ | Take-Home Van - Sparks, NV | Full-Time
This role is built for techs who are ready to run — and want the calls to back it up. Training rate, then CU plus commission.

- Run residential HVAC service calls — solo, trusted, respected
- Diagnose and repair systems the right way, every time

- Solid residential HVAC experience
- Confidence in diagnostics
- Clean driving record + valid license
- Able to pass background and drug screen
