Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy, prioritization, and delivery for enterprise AI and Data Science initiatives. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, including AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical product management experience with a solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics. This role focuses on identifying high-value business opportunities, managing product roadmaps, driving adoption, and ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap for AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to deliver scalable AI and analytics solutions.

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.

• Develop business cases, establish KPIs, and measure the business value of deployed AI solutions.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, project dependencies, and cross-functional communication.

• Drive user adoption, product enhancements, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Systems Analysis, including 3+ years managing AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Analytics products.

• AI & Machine Learning: Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, limitations, and practical business applications. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams without hands-on coding responsibilities.

• Technical Product Management: Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, gathering requirements, and managing products through the full lifecycle.

• SQL & Data Analytics: Ability to write SQL queries, explore datasets, and interpret data to support product decisions.

• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, including Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Data Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, modern data architecture, and enterprise analytics environments.

• Business Value & ROI: Proven ability to develop business cases, establish KPIs, and measure post-launch product performance.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills across business leadership and technical teams.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent certification.

• Experience supporting AI or analytics initiatives in retail, consumer services, or multi-location organizations.

• Experience driving enterprise adoption of AI-enabled products and solutions.
