We are eager to find someone with a strong work ethic but also has a great sense of humor and enjoys working with a team. We are more concerned with your ability as a self-starter and your ability to utilize technology than we are with your resume history. You MUST enjoy talking on the phone and meeting strangers. Experience in an insurance office isn't necessary but you need to have the ability to juggle multiple tasks while being patient with our awesome customers. We have a very detailed training program that will help you understand the insurance business while teaching you to be an expert in the field.

As the current #1 State Farm Agency in Missouri, as well as a leader in the nation, my team and I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. This development and mentoring can lead you in the right direction to better prepare you for a potential career as a State Farm agent. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
