Job Full Description

We are actively seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator with hands-on experience operating Stand-Up Crown forklifts , specifically in a cold storage facility using rolling racks . This role requires a high level of precision, awareness, and accountability -ideal for someone who takes safety seriously and knows how to keep product moving efficiently in a temperature-controlled environment.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience - we do not offer on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Crown stand-up reach forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload pallets onto rolling racks with care and accuracy
Transport and stage products in cold storage areas (temperatures may range from 0°F to 40°F)
Adhere strictly to company safety policies , including use of PPE and safe driving practices
Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
Maintain accurate inventory movement and proper documentation
Support general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of recent experience operating Crown forklifts (reach, stand-up)
Familiarity with rolling rack systems
Previous work history in cold storage or freezer environments
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Proven track record of reliability, good attendance, and professional attitude
