As a CNC Setup Machinist with Adecco, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery—including lathes, honing machines, grinders, and deburring tools—ensuring the production of high-quality parts. Your duties will include disassembling, assembling, and adjusting cutting dies and sources in presses, carefully measuring and inspecting parts to meet strict specifications, and monitoring machine performance. Routine maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues efficiently will be essential to maintain production flow, all while adhering to rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment in a manufacturing setting

• At least 3 years of setup experience with CNC machinery

• Certification in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related fields is preferred

• Strong understanding of machining principles, tolerances, and quality standards such as ASME and ISO

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
