Pay Range: $110,000-$150,000+ annually (uncapped commissions, bonus opportunities)

Are you hands-on, mechanically inclined, and motivated by face-to-face customer interactions? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with tools, and earning great pay by helping customers choose the right solutions for their home?

At Garage Door Doctor , we're looking for a Garage Door Technician - Sales & Service Professional to join our growing team. This unique role blends mechanical expertise with in-home consultative sales . You won't just diagnose and fix problems - you'll also educate homeowners, recommend upgrades, and close the sale on the spot.
What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers.
• Meet with homeowners in person, build trust, and present tailored solutions.
• Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Complete 4-5 pre-scheduled appointments daily (all leads provided).
• Ensure a professional, safe, and positive customer experience every time.

What You Bring

• Mechanical / Construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades).
• Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals.
• Great driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Comfort lifting 50 lbs overhead and working with tools.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
