Heavy Machinery Operator Location: [Peoria, AZ]
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Machinery Operator to join our site operations team.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy construction equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, backhoes, and graders)
- Perform daily pre-operational equipment inspections and basic routine maintenance
- Dig trenches, grade land, move earth, and clear debris according to project specs
- Work closely with site supervisors and ground crews using standard hand signals and radio protocols
- Maintain a clean, secure job site following strict OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience operating heavy earthmoving equipment
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, but not required)
- Strong understanding of slope management, grading, and soil types
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
