Junior Manager

e're hiring a Junior Manager to take on responsibility for a client account and the small team working on it. It's a step into management for someone early in their career — you'll learn the accounts from the ground up, then take on more of the running of them as you go. Most people in this role come in without management experience, which is expected. What you'll be doing Overseeing day-to-day delivery on a client account, with support from a senior manager Coordinating a small team: allocating work, setting targets, and running daily briefs Working directly with clients on objectives, progress, and results Tracking performance data and putting together client reports Coaching and training new team members as they join Contributing to campaign planning once you know the accounts well enough to have opinions about them What we're looking for Someone comfortable taking responsibility for other people's work as well as their own, and organized enough to keep several accounts and deadlines straight at once. You'll be the person a team looks to when something needs deciding, so a willingness to make the call matters. No prior management experience required. A background in retail, hospitality, events, sales, or customer service helps, particularly if you've had any supervisory or shift-lead responsibility.
