2nd Shift Diesel Service Technician

Service TechnicianWe are looking for a Service Technician to join our growing second shift team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and the ability to complete tasks in a quality efficient manner. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentGood teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass a routine background check and drug screeningClass B CDL preferred or willingness to obtainMust provide own toolsAbout UsCustomers have trusted Sternberg Automotive Group for over 60 years!
