Clinical Pharmacist — Patient-Centered Care, PRN

UofL Health's South Hospital in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The pharmacist will participate in rounds, verify orders, provide clinical interventions, and support medication safety across neonatal to geriatric patients. Requires ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree and PGY-1 (or 3 years) experience; Kentucky license or eligibility; BLS/ACLS within 90 days.
