Anticipated End Date: 2026-10-02 Position Title: Business Change Manager - Third Party Risk & GRC Job Description: Business Change Manager - Third Party Risk & GRC The Business Change Manager - Third Party Risk & GRC is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Will lead business transformation and technology-enabled change across Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and related enterprise risk capabilities. This role connects risk, compliance, procurement, vendor management, legal, security, and technology teams to build scalable processes, platforms, and insights. Locations: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. How you will make an Impact: Lead TPRM and GRC transformation initiatives from strategy and requirements through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner across Risk, Compliance, Security, Procurement, Vendor Management, Legal, Operations, and Technology to define future-state capabilities and sustainable solutions. Translate business, risk, and policy needs into process designs, workflows, platform requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities. Improve the third-party risk lifecycle, including assessments, due diligence, scoring, controls, remediation, monitoring, reporting, and data quality. Guide platform design, configuration, testing, deployment, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, governance, and release readiness. Build stakeholder alignment and drive communications, training, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Designs methods for integrating function and process. Conducts cost/benefit analyses. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Experiences and Competencies: Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred. Significant experience in TPRM, GRC, enterprise risk, operational risk, or a related discipline. Demonstrated success leading complex business transformation, process improvement, capability development, or technology-enabled change. Experience with TPRM, GRC, IRM, or related enterprise risk platforms and the ability to translate business requirements into process and technology solutions. Strong knowledge of risk assessments, due diligence, controls, scoring, remediation, monitoring, and reporting. Experience developing requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and implementation plans. Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills. Experience as a Capability Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, or similar enterprise role preferred. Hands-on configuration, implementation, administration, or optimization of TPRM/GRC platforms preferred. Experience with ProcessUnity or Exiger; familiarity with SAP Ariba, Icertis, Domo, or comparable platforms is also highly desired. Experience integrating risk, procurement, contracting, security, compliance, and analytics workflows or data preferred. Background in healthcare, health insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry highly preferred.
