This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients make thoughtful financial decisions.The Associate Wealth Advisor will participate in client meetings, support the development and implementation of financial plans, and work closely with our planning, investment, insurance, and operations teams to ensure clients receive a seamless experience. As trust and experience grow, the Associate Wealth Advisor will assume greater ownership of client relationships and planning responsibilities, with a clear path toward becoming a Wealth Advisor.Role/Responsibilities:Partner with Wealth Advisors in managing and deepening relationships with assigned clientsParticipate in client meetings, including preparation, financial planning discussions, presentation of recommendations, and follow-upDevelop a thorough understanding of each client's financial situation, goals, priorities, and family dynamicsGather, organize, and analyze client financial information and identify planning opportunities and potential risksAssist in the development, presentation, and implementation of comprehensive financial plansCollaborate with clients and internal specialists on retirement, investment, tax, estate, risk management, education, and cash flow planning strategies.Proactively follow up with clients regarding recommendations, planning action items, and outstanding information requests. Monitor client plans and identify opportunities for proactive planning as client circumstances evolveMaintain accountability for client action items by coordinating with clients and internal teams, monitoring progress, and resolving outstanding itemsMaintain thorough and accurate client documentation, meeting notes, and planning records within CRMService as a trusted resource and secondary point of contact for client questions and planning needsIdentify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and introduce additional planning strategies or firm resources when appropriateContinue developing financial planning expertise, business development skills, and client relationship management capabilities with the goal of assuming greater responsibility over time How We're Structured:You'll work closely with experienced Wealth Advisors as part of a collaborative, team-based wealth management modelAdvisors, Associate Wealth Advisors, and members of our financial planning, client service, and operations teams work together with clearly defined responsibilitiesYou will be actively involved in client relationships while having access to specialized internal resources to help deliver comprehensive adviceThe role is designed to provide increasing responsibility and client ownership as your knowledge, experience, and relationships developFor the right person, this position provides a clear path toward becoming a Wealth AdvisorExperience/Requirements:2–5+ years of experience within wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, banking, accounting, or a related financial services fieldBachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, Business, or a related field preferredStrong interest in comprehensive financial planning and a long-term career as a Wealth AdvisorExperience participating in client meetings and communicating directly with clients preferredSolid understanding of investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax planning, estate planning, insurance, and other core wealth management conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand a client's complete financial pictureProfessional, confident communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and credibilityHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to prioritize multiple client needs and work effectively within a collaborative team environmentCFP designation, progress toward the CFP certification, or commitment to pursuing the CFP certification strongly preferredSeries 7 and 63 licenses (or equivalent) required, or ability to complete within 3 monthsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation based on experience and qualificationsBonus potential and benefitsProfessional development and opportunities for continued advancementCollaborative team environment with clear roles and expectationsWhy Join UsWe believe in growing with purpose, not just for our clients, but for our team.
