What You'll Do

• Respond to emergency water damage calls
• Perform water extraction and structural drying
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Perform mold remediation
• Document jobs with moisture readings and photos
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Available for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation
• Must live within 30 minutes of Dulles, VA

Restoration experience or IICRC certifications are a plus-but we'll train the right person who's eager to learn, work hard, and grow with our company.
