Accounts Receivable Supervisor Full Time Direct Burr Ridge, IL, US Salary Range: $56,000.00 To $63,000.00 Annually Responsibilities Managing collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, and referring accounts to collection agencies. Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the department’s goals Conduct credit checks Review and approve lien waivers Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases Help support monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports Review client refunds, debit memos, credit memos, write-offs Ensure high-quality collection procedures that comply with the law Support collections team on a daily basis and train new team members Ensure team members follow the established procedures Identify and drive continuous process improvements Stay updated on industry and legislative changes Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or GED REQUIRED; Bachelor’s degree preferred Preferred experience of 3 years managing AR functions and supervising teams Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree, or relevant experience preferred, high school or GED required Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and financial software programs required Experiencewith Anytime Collect (ATC) collection tool a plus Securitas Technology Offers Comprehensive Benefits Including Opportunity for annual merit pay increases Paid company training Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Coverage Company Paid Short Term and Long-Term Disability 401K with 60% Match up to 6% of salary Paid vacation, holiday, and sick time Educational Assistance Exceptional growth opportunities Wide variety of employee discounts on travel, equipment, and more!
