Job Description: Boutique Plaintiff Complex Personal Injury Law firm in Lower Manhattan seeks an Associate Personal Injury Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in New York personal injury law, trial experience, and admission to the New York State Bar. All candidates must submit a cover letter. The role involves managing cases, drafting pleadings, filing motions and responses, appearing in court, and handling the discovery process within a small team. The work balances trial and settlement activities, with opportunities to specialize by injury type, and requires regular court appearances. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense) in New York. Trial experience. Admission to the New York State Bar.
