Staff Analytics Engineer

To support a growing BI team, the full-time Staff Analytics Engineer will build and operate the core BI platform, manage data ingestion and integration, and establish data governance standards in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Build and operate the core BI platform for reporting, analytics, and AI Own data ingestion, integration, and platform architecture while ensuring data quality and governance Mentor Analytics Engineers through code and design reviews, promoting engineering best practices Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a technical data analytics role, preferably in SaaS Expert-level SQL proficiency and deep data modeling experience Hands-on experience building and maintaining modular data pipelines using dbt in production Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery Familiarity with implementing data observability platforms and using AI to enhance analytics workflows
