Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership and manage front-of-house operations during shifts
• Maintain Mellow Mushroom brand standards and ensure a safe restaurant environment
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with scheduling and shift coordination as needed
