Overview
The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of provider experience.
The salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580 annually, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
- Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Additionally, certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master's Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as job classification, grade, location, and length of service.
