Kelly is hiring Electrical Assemblers on behalf of a leading manufacturer specializing in designing and manufacturing innovative equipment and control solutions.

$18.00 per hour (flexible for highly qualified candidates)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Typical shift: 8 hours
• Flexible start time: between 5:45 AM and 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate & Assemble: Work independently to build and wire control panels—including drilling, tapping, and installing components into metal/plastic panels.
• Custom & Prototype Assembly: Support prototype projects and work directly with engineers, even when documentation is minimal.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Set up, test, and troubleshoot basic equipment, tools, and product issues.
• Quality Standards: Meet efficiency and quality targets.
• Versatility: Recognize and work with different components across production areas as needed.
• Reporting Issues: Identify and report any discrepancies in materials, drawings, inventory, or equipment.
• Computer Skills: Use IFS (ERP system), Microsoft Teams, and Outlook to complete job tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial assembly, especially in control panel construction, is a plus.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams is preferred but not required if you have solid mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools (drilling, tapping, basic fabrication).
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, reliability, and willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Comfortable using computer-based systems to clock in/out and manage tasks.
