The Crew Member supports daily operations at a satellite restaurant location by preparing food orders, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role is essential to ensuring fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience while complying with Massachusetts wage, hour, and food safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.

Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.

Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous manner.

Food Preparation & Order Execution

Assist with food preparation (including salad prep and grille/fry station), assembly, and packaging according to company standards.

Work as part of an assembly-line team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Follow all allergen awareness and food safety procedures.

Workplace Cleanliness & Safety

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Sanitize surfaces and equipment before, during, and after service.

Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Teamwork & Flexibility

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

Assist with additional tasks as assigned based on operational needs.

Requirements

Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Allergen Awareness Certification required (or ability to obtain), cost is $25

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
