Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey CNA certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Bey Lea, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Accurately document care and observations
