Position: Customer Service Representative Location: New Paltz, NY Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pay: $21.00$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Responsibilities: Coordinate with sales, design, production, accounting and external suppliers to address packaging needs, quotes, and orders Craft detailed specs based on feedback from the sales and the customer Generate accurate quotes for customers, considering package usage & type, dimensions, production method, and time to produce Deliver formal quotes to customers and sales reps via email Process customer purchase orders with precision Maintain customer accounts, including shipping locations and special requirements Conduct thorough reviews of your work and that of your peers to ensure accuracy Qualifications Who we're looking for: Ideally, you'll have previous experience in business-to-business, customer service, Sales Support or spec building. But if you're a quick learner with a passion for the job, we're eager to hear from you! Strong organizational skills is a must in this role Excellent mathematical abilities, including working with fractions and measurements.
