Intake Therapist – Behavioral Health

Unit/Department: Behavioral Health / Psychiatric

Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Monday through Thursday; 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Friday; some Saturday hours

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
Full State of Michigan licensure required
Minimum of 1 year post-Master's experience providing mental health treatment services to adults and children with severe mental illness
At least 1 year of experience treating or working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Children's Mental Health Professional (CMHP) credentials required within 120 days of hire
CAADC credential or being on an active, approved registered MCBAP certification Development Plan within six weeks of hire
Experience in examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families
