About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Field Service – Construction Manager to join a leading engineering organization working on public infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong construction management expertise, excellent project coordination skills, and hands-on experience managing construction activities from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects.

• Manage project schedules, timelines, and overall site execution.

• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality.

• Track project activities using construction management software.

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare project reports and support effective project coordination.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of relevant Construction Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction project execution and site management.

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical drawings.

• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and construction administration.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in public infrastructure or engineering projects is preferred.

Preferred Software / Tools

Candidates with experience in the following tools will be preferred:

• Primavera

• Prolog

• Bluebeam

• Other Construction Management Software

Preferred Certifications

The following certifications will be an added advantage:

• Underground Utilities

• Water/Wastewater Plants

• Building Construction

• Other relevant Construction Certifications
