• Approximately 3 to 8 shifts each month
• 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM
• Managing 18 to 20 patients daily
• Support from two mid-level providers with shared coverage
• Annual patient volume of 32,000, including 10,000 in fast track
• Non-designated trauma center
• We negotiate competitive compensation, with weekly deposits
