Job Description:

The Cardiovascular Care Unit (CVU) is a 30-bed unit providing medical, pre-operative, and post-operative surgical care for medium to high acuity patients. This role involves care for stable patients at risk of instability, requiring complex nursing care beyond general care units. The unit serves young adult to geriatric patients with cardiac conditions, post-cardiac surgeries, acute myocardial infarctions, heart failure, pneumonia, and similar conditions.

Requirements:

• Current CA RN license
• Current BLS
• Current ACLS
• EPIC charting experience
• 2 years of Critical Care experience
• Completion of prior traveler assignments
